Why this structure?
First thing morning pages, last thing Gibberish - this gives two anchors to frame each day. Expressing your subconscious thoughts and feelings nakedly in the morning, and each evening, dynamically clearing the excess clutter and repressed patterns in the body mind. This combination allows you to rapidly shed superficial layers of conditioned mind, and begin to express deeper, more authentic aspects of yourself.
Tai Chi Body Openers - opening the hips and spine is essential for the energy to be able to flow through your body. Through the practices you will begin to connect with the cosmic current, which needs open channels and a flexible body. These exercises are also excellent for physical health, longevity, mobility and mental endurance. A flexible body allows for a flexible and creative mind.
Kundalini meditation - it will intimately introduce you to the 3 modes of energy within, and intensify the process overall. Raw chaos through shaking, flowing creative expression through dance, and silent stillness in sitting. It’s a deep process of catharsis that has radically transformed many lives.
Solution writing - a crowning gems of the Shivhari process. When your energy is flowing and expanding, the solution writing process can deeply transform the way you approach your life, work and relations. New insights and directions become possible. While other practices are tools you can reuse throughout your life during phases where it is needed, the solution writing process is designed to become like second nature. It is a life-long companion - a way of approaching functional thinking in a structured, organic, energetically grounded fashion. It can really help you find clarity in all endeavours. But, it works well if your energy is activated and flowing, hence the need for the other practices during this course. The other practice are like food, this is a delicious snack that you earn.
I don’t have enough time, what do I do?
As Satya Ji said, this process if for warriors. And that means finding ways. It is not designed to comfortably fit your lifestyle, your lifestyle has to be designed to comfortably fit your growth. The intensity of transformation is in your hands. Be vigilant and aware,
“ this is a battle against demons which create limitations through deception of time, and keeps living off wasteful activities” - Satya Ji
In most cases, if you look brutally honestly at how much of your time goes into unnecessary chit chat, scrolling and mindf*cking, most people have enough time to do all these practices for a dedicated period of a few weeks at least. You can find ways to do the practices in a condensed fashion if needed, for example do the writing practice within 30 minutes. This becomes easier with experience. The Kundalini meditation should not be condensed, however.
For those who would really love to go for it, but are truly unable, you can leave aside the Kundalini Mediation and Solution Writing for these first 9 days - or do them here and there instead of daily - they will then become a featured part of your base schedule in Phase 2.
