How to organise these Phase 2 practices into my life?

Do we keep practicing all the things we were doing since the beginning like kundalini, gibberish, morning evening pages, walks and add on the new ones Or do we now focus more on the new ones and do alternative practices from the previous ones?

From Satya Ji:

Kundalini and gibberish you can give break then re start as twice a week when you feel there is need for flow of energy or noise on mind. It's a good idea to do twice a week so dust doesn't gather.

About walking and physical exercise I will not even say I am sharing a healthy spiritual life style don't take these things as techniques of a course, these are deeper needs often over looked.

Writing is a something you need to stay clear and insightful about your life for rest of your life writing will sharpen your mind and your voice of individuality which gets drowned by others.

You can do writing practises as you wish you can write in the evening three times a week sometimes in a week develop the skill of technique of problem solving. Random word writing is not for everybody it's for people who has capacity to become inspiring teachers or medium to higher wisdom. It's bit like tarot reading symbolic.

Most importantly you are learning to switch from words, to flow to balance to silence that's a pattern within you need to learn so you can do it whenever you want to switch from mind chaos to flow creativity or silence.

You have to understand that attitudes of these techniques has to sink into your psyche. They should become part of your mind nature then it's your arsenal. What I am teaching is introceptive human now how you are going to do that is, first you have to attune yourself to these, practises stay in touch during each week twice or thrice see which works more gives you insights etc. You can spread these practises during whole month it's like workout monthly or weekly plan.

Sitaram is a tool to give your mind a anchor to hold on to so it does not go into random mind fucks. So during the day bring your mind to one thought whenever where ever this is not sitting practise but instead of thinking lost state you as actively taking charge of your mind what goes on in your mind.

Check in the talk what I said.

Ganesh mantra is fifteen minutes at a, specific time do it for forty days it's not that big a discipline fifteen minutes but fix one time. Ganesha mantra will start to organise your wisdom you will notice after week of chanting the impact it is having on your writing and understandings which are happening it sharpens the intellect

The thought watching practise of looking at nature details the looking at your thoughts or staring at wall and watching your thoughts you can do for twenty minutes you can alter one day do watching details of nature then closing eyes and watching details of thoughts. And other day you can just look at the blank wall. Or you can watch nature then look at the wall. Do for twenty minutes this is deepest of all practises have patience it's the easiest intro to meditation of third eye.

You are already having the dose of meditation in gibberish meditation technique.

About physical activity don't do it's your body what you want to do with it its like asking do I need to eat and breath everyday. It's not a technique it's the way your body is and it needs read today's post on body I wrote.

So these are various spiritual dishes don't eat them all everyday but spread during week and see which works and which one you need after some break but stay in touch with your body and inner world every day.

Looking and listening is your 24/7 practise to develop awareness slowly it becomes part of your personality more aware attentive and observant. Then all you need is physical exercise and mind watching to quite the mind chanting to tune to energy of present then you will have insights, about life hence your mind expression is open and flowing through writing here and there you do kundalini gibberish to unburden the stress. Right now understand the techniques, and see what it does so you have a practise, tool for life. Whenever you want but some you need to bring into your regular life as a, way of life as i explained already.

You getting my point these are tools for living rightly make them part of your life not just as, course practise.
