    Unlock the cosmic energy flow within your system. Learn to trust your own vibration over your doubtful mind. Please establish a Catharsis practice for at least 2 weeks before exploring these.

  • Express Wisdom

    Learn how to carry the awareness, vitality and grace developed through the other practices into your everyday actions. These work best when done in conjunction with Catharsis and Power Building exercises, but can be done on their own.
